Tanger-keen.
Paul kindly shared these Korean tangerine-filled chocolates from Jeju Island (which he described as "Korea's Hawaii"). Unwrapped, they have the same sort of delightful citrus+chocolate scent and flavor as a Terry's Chocolate Orange, but the textures and tastes of the filling and chocolate shell are disparate, even as they play together nicely. I don't know that I would have guessed (without having been told) that these are tangerine-flavored, as opposed to orange, but that hardly matters to me. Whatever citrus they realistically resemble, I just know I'd eat more.
