A baked potato made with a green-tinged potato is never going to be the greatest potato you've had in your life, but bacon salt and cheddar cheese raised this spud to a higher level.
I think the bacon salt was a birthday present from Angela (am I right, A?). Good one! I have yet to try the Lemonaise.
