Parmesan-Encrusted Zucchini has joined the ranks of dishes that do not disappoint. Ours needed only a splash of balsamic vinegar.
Next time there's zucchini in the house, we should to try to replicate the Zuccanoes (pronounced zoo-canooz) of Dan's childhood. Did your mom make these?
