I know it's not hot chocolate weather (in NYC, anyway) anymore, but I meant to recommend this fair trade cocoa to y'all. I thought I mentioned it months ago and must have been mistaken.
Oh my. That looks like something I would really like. There must be a way to make your own right? Pretty sure I can't get that here. Maybe I could order it though.

Beth, they sell it at my church sometimes. Looks like you can order it here: http://www.equalexchange.coop/cocoa
But you can probably find recipes for making your own cocoa spicy online, too.
