Roasted chickpeas

Easy, easy easy. Yum, yum, yum.

Roasted Chickpeas can be spiced however you like them. I like curry powder and garlic, myself. Rinse, spice, roast until crispy.

  1. My mother-in-law does something similar with garlic and various curry spices, but fries them instead. I imagine this iteration is just as addictive.

    Frying might even be tastier, though potentially less healthy (healthy is not usually my first concern).

  3. I loooove roasted chickpeas. Yum and easy indeed. I use garam masala, or a rosemary-lemon-tamari-olive oil scenario.
